An honest comparison

Where Paperform is genuinely better

The editor is a better writing experience

Writing a form the way you write a document, with questions embedded in prose, suits landing-page-shaped forms far better than a field list does. Our free canvas gives more layout control; theirs gives a better flow of words.

Payments and products, properly

Product fields, coupons, subscriptions and calculated totals through Stripe. We have no payment field, so anything that sells needs a second tool alongside us.

A much longer integration list, plus e-signature

Direct connections to a wide catalogue, and Papersign for signed documents as a companion product. We have three native integrations, plus signed webhooks for Zapier, Make and n8n.

Choose Paperform if the form is long-form content with questions in it, or it needs to take payments and issue signed documents.

Switching from Paperform

  1. 1

    Rebuild the form

There is no importer, so start from a template or describe the form to the AI, which is usually quicker than recreating it field by field.

  2. 2

    Keep your old responses

Export your Paperform responses to CSV before you cancel. They stay with Paperform; FormSnapp starts collecting from the day you publish.

  3. 3

    Swap the link

Replace the link, embed or QR code wherever the old form was shared.

Specific to Paperform: Paperform's prose-with-questions pages become single-page or Studio forms here; long passages work best as text blocks between fields. Products and payments need a second tool for now.
