Jotform has thousands of templates and a long tail of widgets and payment processors. Our library is chosen and designed rather than accumulated. If you need something niche off the shelf, they will have it and we may not.
HIPAA compliance and healthcare workflows
Jotform offers HIPAA-compliant forms on its higher tiers, with the paperwork to back it. We do not, and if you handle protected health information that decides it outright.
Deeper approval and workflow automation
Multi-stage approvals and document generation are built in. We do notifications, webhooks and three native integrations — enough for most, not for a full approvals process.
