What this vendor registration form asks, and why
Two steps for markets, fairs and trade shows. The first collects the company name, the main contact, an email, a phone number and a website, so you can check what each vendor sells before approving them. The second asks which stand size they want, what they'll be showing, whether they need power, and for a public liability insurance upload. Vendors must accept your exhibitor terms before they can submit. Treat every submission as an application: the ending screen says you'll confirm the stand and send an invoice, which keeps you in control of the mix of stalls.
