Connect your forms to the tools you already use
Send every response where your work already happens — spreadsheets, chat, docs, or thousands of apps through Zapier and Make. Connect an account once and reuse it across all your forms.
More integrations are on the way. Need one we don't have yet? Every response can already be sent to any tool via an outgoing webhook.
How FormSnapp integrations work
Every integration follows the same pattern: connect an account once in your dashboard, choose where each form’s responses should go, and from then on every submission is delivered as it arrives.
- Which plans
- Connect and configure any integration on any plan. Live delivery of responses is included on Pro ($19/mo) and Business.
- Google Sheets
- FormSnapp creates a spreadsheet for the form, headed with your questions, and appends one row per response.
- Slack
- A message in the channel you choose for every new response, so the team sees it without opening the dashboard.
- Notion
- A new page in the database you pick for every response, with the answers written into the page.
- Zapier, Make & n8n
- A signed outgoing webhook sends each response to any URL, which reaches 6,000+ apps through Zapier, Make or n8n.
- Delivery
- Responses go out within seconds of submission through a background queue that retries automatically if the other service is briefly down.
- Security
- Connection tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. In Notion, FormSnapp can reach only the pages and databases you share with it.
- Connected options
- On Pro, a dropdown can take its options from a Google Sheets column or a Notion property, so the form follows the table instead of a list you retype.
What arrives at the other end
The exact shape of each delivery, so you know what your sheet, channel, database or endpoint will receive before you connect it.
- The form itself
- A spreadsheet, created for you
- Submission time
- Column A, "Submitted at"
- Each question
- One column, in form order
- A choice or checkbox answer
- The chosen options, comma-separated
- The form title
- The message header
- Each answered question
- A bold label with the answer beneath
- An unanswered optional question
- Omitted
- A long answer
- Truncated at 1,800 characters
- The database
- Picked from the ones you share with FormSnapp
- The response
- A new page in that database
- The page title
- "{form name} — {date}"
- Each question and answer
- Rich text in the page body
- A new response
- A POST to your URL, as JSON
- The form
- Its id and title, in the payload
- Each answer
- An entry with the question's id, label and value
- Submission time
- An ISO 8601 timestamp
Are FormSnapp integrations free?
You can connect and set up every integration on the free plan. Responses are delivered to them live on Pro ($19/mo) and Business; CSV export works on every plan.
Can I send form responses to a tool that isn't listed?
Yes. The outgoing webhook posts every response to any URL, so anything Zapier, Make or n8n can reach — Airtable, HubSpot, Mailchimp and thousands more — can receive your responses.
What happens to responses submitted before I connect?
Integrations deliver new responses from the moment they are connected. Earlier responses stay in your dashboard and can be exported as CSV at any time.
Can one form send responses to more than one place?
Yes. Connect as many integrations to a form as you need — for example a row in Google Sheets and a message in Slack for every response.
