Terms of Service

By accessing or using FormSnapp — including formsnapp.com, app.formsnapp.com, and forms.formsnapp.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

If you are using FormSnapp on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

FormSnapp is an online form-builder platform that lets you create, publish, and collect responses to forms, surveys, and quizzes. The service includes:

• A drag-and-drop form builder with conditional logic
• AI-powered form generation from natural language prompts
• A public form renderer for collecting responses
• Response analytics, drop-off tracking, and export tools
• Email notifications and webhook integrations (Pro and above)
• Team collaboration features (Business plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a FormSnapp account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent plan limits or free-tier restrictions are not permitted.

FormSnapp may be used for any lawful purpose. You may not use the service to:

• Collect data from respondents without their knowledge or consent
• Create forms designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others (phishing)
• Collect sensitive data (health records, payment card numbers, government IDs) without appropriate safeguards
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Distribute malware, illegal content, or material that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice in serious cases.

You retain full ownership of the forms you create and the responses you collect. By using FormSnapp, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FormSnapp — including the data you collect from respondents — complies with applicable privacy laws, such as obtaining necessary consent under GDPR or CCPA.

We do not access or review your form content or response data except when required for technical support (with your permission), to investigate abuse reports, or as required by law.

FormSnapp offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD.

Billing. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds.

Refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us and we will consider a case-by-case refund.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing the price of an active subscription.

FormSnapp, its logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of FormSnapp. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our brand, trademarks, or proprietary code.

The form templates provided by FormSnapp are offered for your use within the platform. You may not republish or sell them as standalone templates outside of FormSnapp.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account is used fraudulently, or if required by law. In non-emergency cases, we will provide at least 7 days' notice.

On termination, all licences granted to you are revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

FormSnapp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We recommend that you export important response data regularly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormSnapp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to FormSnapp in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of FormSnapp after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
