In Zapier, Make, or n8n, start a workflow with a 'Catch/Webhook' trigger and copy the webhook URL it gives you.
Paste it into the form's Connect panel
Open your form, switch to its Connect panel in the builder, paste the URL into the Outgoing webhook field, and save. Use 'Copy sample payload' to map your fields first.
