What this volunteer sign-up form asks, and why
Two steps that give you what you need to build a rota. Step one collects contact details. Step two asks when the volunteer is usually free, as a grid of weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, each answered yes, sometimes or no. A ranking question lets them put the areas they'd like to help with in order of preference using arrow buttons, so you know their first and second choices. They can describe relevant experience, and they must accept your volunteer code of conduct before submitting. Link the full code in that question so people know what they are agreeing to.
