What this digital product order form asks, and why
An order form for software, plugins, templates and other digital products sold on invoice. Buyers choose a license tier (personal, team or organization in the sample), the number of seats, and the email the license or download should go to. Company name and a VAT or tax number are optional, for business buyers who need them on the invoice. Accepting the license agreement is required.
