What this wedding RSVP form asks, and why
Every guest gives their name and email and says whether they'll be joining you. Only guests who accept see the rest: whether they're bringing a plus one (and that guest's name), their meal choice, any allergies or dietary needs, and a song that would get them dancing. Guests who decline are thanked and done. Edit the meal options to your menu, and change the theme's colors and fonts to match your invitations. Print the form's QR code on the invitation so guests can reply from their phones, and close the form on your reply-by date.
