What this wellness check-in asks, and why
A thirty-second check-in before a training, physio or coaching session. Clients rate how they feel with an emoji scale, say how they slept, set their energy on a slider and say whether anything is sore or stiff. An optional box asks what you should know before you begin. Each question has its own screen and is answered with a tap, so it's quick on a phone. The slider matters over time: tracked week by week, it shows a trend that four labels would hide. Send the link the night before, or put a QR code at reception.

Wellness Check-In: common questions
Still deciding?
Seven steps from an empty account to a published form.
Is this a medical record?
No. It is a session check-in, useful context before you begin, not clinical documentation or a substitute for a doctor's advice.
Why a slider for energy?
Energy is a scale, and buttons flatten it. A slider tracked over weeks shows a trend that four labels would hide.
Can clients fill it in beforehand?
Yes. Share the link the night before, or put a QR code at reception.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. One question per screen, with taps and a slider instead of typing.
Is it free?
Yes, with unlimited check-ins on the free plan.
